He was an 11-year-old "scholar" (student) boarding at Nuneaton, Warwickshire in 1891, [3] and by 1901 had returned to his parents' home at Crux Easton, Hampshire, where he worked as an electrical engineer. [4]
He married about Nov 1903 at Steyning, Sussex to Frances Clara Gill, [5] and died two years later on 03 Dec 1905 at Brentford, London, England. [6] He was buried at Acton Cemetery in the London Borough of Ealing. [7]
